Frequently Asked questions
What is the recommended age of the play space?
Our play space is designed for children ages 10 and under, with a special focus on early childhood (ages 0–5), which makes up the majority of our visitors. That said, we also offer a wide range of workshops and programs that are perfect for older kids, so there's something fun and enriching for every age within that range!
Do you allow walk ins or is pre-registration required?
Walk ins are always welcome! However there is always a chance that we may have to turn guests away once we reach capacity of the play space. For special events and programs, we recommend pre-registration to secure your spot! You can pre-register for our events and programs by emailing us at playlearngrow@kinderplayus.com or sending us a private message on our social media pages!
Do I need to stay with my child during play?
Yes! Parent supervision is required at all times. This helps to keep everyone safe!
Are socks required?
Yes! We require grippy socks for all children for safety purposes. Forgot yours? Don't worry, you can purchase a pair at the front desk!
How often is the play space cleaned?
We take cleanliness seriously! Our team disinfects all surfaces and high-touch areas after every play session, reorganizes and refreshes toys throughout the day, and deep cleans the entire space every night to ensure a safe, healthy environment for your little ones.

Do you have a seating area for parents?
Yes! Take a break while your children play and enjoy complimentary coffee in our lobby area!

Are outside food and drinks welcome?
Yes! You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy while you visit us. We just ask that all snacks and meals be enjoyed in our designated eating areas to help keep the play space clean and safe for everyone.
